e90 LCI Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning

I have an LCI as well, and have the GONG. Have had it from the time i bought the car, and it still works today.

My car was Manufactured in 01/2009, although registered as a 2010 model. I think that there is some truth in that the warning is on some LCI's but not on others.

The weird thing is, its an important safety feature, which I cant understand why BMW would do away with?

This is very strange.... Mine was manufactured in 11/2009, but registered as a 2010 model. Would they do away with this functionality in the same production year? To make a change like that in the same year is a bit weird to me. Or did they

Anyone here know someone from BMW that could give us the official statement on this? Auto Atlantic here in CT says my car doesn't have that sensor in the seat. What does this sensor look like? How can I verify that it is there or not?
