Sorry new to tapatalk I see it created a double, I was wondering if anyone has opened there headlights as my left side gets foggy when it rains etc... If I can maybe open it and clean out the dust and seal it with some silicone but bmw said it can't be opened...

They can be opened by baking them in the oven. But I would first check that the dust caps on the back are on properly. Maybe take them off and wipe the seals and put them back on.

Not only the dust cap but also the check the bulbs are in properly as they also have seals on them.

Yep, it could be that the seal on the bulb cap is not keeping the moisture out - best is to inspect and tighten properly if this is the case. Means jacking the left front up, removing the wheel, and then accessing with the access panel opened...
