Is it normal front headlight only outer side of the internal light to be lighted? Tq.

I'm sure my one is like that too. The inside ones just have the angel eyes? Only the outer ones are for normal lights and brights?

For normal halogen headlights, the outer are normal lights and inners are brights.

On xenon, outer is still normal but when you switch brights, inner lights up and outer gets brighter too.

The 1 series has dummy high beams. On the e90 the outer lights are low beams and the inners high beams. And if you have xenons the low beams are bixenons which opens a shutter when you turn brights on.

on LCI's the inners are dummy's. they have a black lens
the outers are bi-xenon, meaning they do hi and low beam
