E90 blocked up catalytic converter

Hi Guys, so I've recently learned that my baby is a little congested. That catalytic converter is blocked up and she's giving off some smoke now and again.

Can anyone recommend someone that can do a de-cat on an E90 in Port Elizabeth?

Are you sure its your Catalytic converter? Could also be valve stem seals, but then you will be loosing a little oil.

I've heard that, but the car isn't using oil, and the smoke doesn't smell like oil. It just smells like rich petrol.
