E90 330d downpipe

Gents,

I suppose with all the crazy strong diesels doing the rounds lately one can't drive a 330d and not have any plans to mod it.

I have decided to start looking at a downpipe, decatting and 335i cooler before taking the plunge with SW.

Any suggestions on where, who and how would be appreciated.

I am located in Centurion.

Powerflow gave me a proper quote of note for a DP on my car - 20d.

Give them a call?

They come recommended by a few people actually.

did my full exhaust from TNT germiston, got away under R3k with twin tips (R1k) on its own.

no complaints and got decent gains from doing it despite everyone talking about loss's on doing the rear split.

cooler is a nice upgrade from daily conditions will feel the difference in traffic. my advice is replace all the seals same time with OEM seals. pretty cheap like R100-R180 a seal. Think i paid alittle over R400 for all.

good luck with the clip on the hot side of the cooler its a (female dog) to do but luckily a fellow member did mine and he is a pro with lots of patience.

personally i did SW first. easier to monitor gains there after and adjust the map accordingly but each person has their own style :cartel:

The modifications to my car will probably happen systematically, but I won't be doing dual tailpipes due the soot on the rear of the car.

SW will probably happen last, but let's see if I can hold out untill the rest has been done:rollsmile:
