Hi guys. Car crank but will not start. Need some help urgently My HPFP got tested and works 100%, however I can not get sufficient fuel delivery to the pump as it get returned back to the tank. Sensors tested, it appear to be fine. Any suggestions.

Have you replaced inline fuel filter ?

If its getting returned to tank is it getting to the rail ?

Does the rev needle lift when you crank the car?

No the fuel does not go into the rail, it goes straight to the return

Yes sir, the needle does lift when the engine crank.
