Morning guy's

I have a BMW 320d e90 2006 M47 engine, bought it as a non runner in Feb. Still can't get it to run please can someone help I will list below the fault and what has been done so far.

Car was not getting diesel to the injectors or rail, got the injectors serviced.
I have checked the pump in the tank and it works fine, check the filter and it's fine, there was fuel coming till the high pressure pump there after no fuel so I replaced it with a secondhand pump still the same, then got another pump I then removed pump and set it up on the floor to see if it works, tried all 3 and the 1 when you spin it by hand had a better spray (also lots of air come out of all) so I then put that one on and bleed the line and got fuel in all of the injector pipes and in the rail. Went to start it and it wants to start but just doesn't take, so we put some quick start and it starts but will not idel or rev up. I got it plugged up onto a diagnostic machine and the rail pressure drops as you swing it also the only fault that it picked up was glow plugs. (but it should start and continue to run even if the glow plugs are not working when I use the quick start this is what a mechanic told me)

Please can I have some suggestions on what it could be.

I don't know what else to do.  :dunnoanymore:

Thanks

Hi Rish
Regarding the problem on the M47, did you get it working as I have been sitting with the same issue for a year now and need to get this car going rather urgently.

HI GUYS
im new and need advice.my 2006 320d m47 has no voltage at the injector plugs.the car starts with easy start .looks like the injectors are not opening.fuel gets to the injectors, but its not spraying.any advice.

Had the same issue, If the car battery is to weak sometimes the key does not Sync and goes out of Sync with the EWS module.

You simply just need to resync the key using INPA or ISTA. takes roughly 5 min.

It can be a few problems eliminate them one by one.
Can be ecu out of sync with cas.
Not enough fuel pressure.
Ecu dead.
Or a simple life wire that earths.
