You can call any BMW dealer and ask for a history check. You'll need the last 7 or 8 digits of the VIN.

Take the VIN to a bmw dealer and check COMMENTS and MP HISTORY.

I went to BMW Melrose Arch - JHB a couple of days ago to check the VIN of a 330d manual I am interested in: in a bureaucratic way, they told me that - due to the internal procedure of the dealer - they were not able to provide me with the information.
