E87 control Arm

Hi Guys

so I posted a month ago on "RATTLES' Iv experienced on an E87 120i m sport

I was convinced it was coming from within the dash
but after I had a passenger with better hearing , it was confirmed it was coming from the bottom left of the car
so I had it examined yesterday and found the culprit to be the bush on the lower left control arm.

not sure if the guy wanted to make a buck, but advised that I should change both right and left control arms lower and upper.

is this advisable?
or should I just get the rubber bushes replaced and pressed in?

if the ball joints are fine then jut replace the bushes...
the arms are expensive if replacing all

I can supply Meyle bushes and control arms these will outlast OEM pop me PM if interested
