Look personally I wouldn't tell you wether to use them or not but this was my experience with them about two years back.
Sent in ibis white 2010 Audi s4 for minor trolley rash to the back passenger door. it was intended to be a few thousands for the job as it required respray. Car was not ready on time and this was a week before christmas. Finally after back forth calls I managed to get them to confirm the car was ready on the day they were closing shop.
So went in to fetch the car and yes - the door was fixed but - Entire car, every panel had over spray (Seems like they didn't cover the car when they were spraying other cars etc). Tyres had paint on them and basically had to be taken back the following year to have it sorted out as they refused to keep it there or work the extra hours to meet their promise.
I think the workmanship on the incident area was good but overall service was terrible. No promises met on timelines and the car came back more eyesore then it looked before.
They did sort it out at some point but it wasn't an easy battle nor was it a great festive season in a car that wasn't cared for properly by them.
