e82 xenon headlights loose & shake or jiggle (pls help)

Greetings fellow fanatics...the headlights seem to be loose and shake (jiggle) when I drive on rough roads or uneven roads.
Took it to the dealer on a yesterday (Saturday) and they pulled it into the shop to have a look and tighten them up a bit. Last night they still seemed to jiggle a little, and very irritating when driving. My car has xenon lights with auto headlights and headlamp washer system.

Anyone else driving a 1-series (E-series) have a similar problem and found a remedy or know how to tighten them DIY?

Seems like the bulb is loose in the housing. Maybe the clip came off. Happens on the polo tdi.

I'd say check that the bulb is fitted properly.

Make sure the clips on the top of the headlights haven't broken. It's a common thing on the 1 series. I have got them to replace my lights twice for this exact reason.
