Did anyone have issues with the vehicle not going into complete hibernation /IBS(Intelligent Battery Sensor) issues / Battery Discharge Warning/ Stop/Start witch remaining on and pulsing into an off stae despite the vehicle being untouched for hours on end.....

When i encountered the problem i did some reading and there was a way to check/test if the IBS itself is faulty(bypassing or removing, i cannot remember right now).

Also theres a micro power module in the spare wheel well ( i think) of the Pre lci. It was moved in the lci, but they are prone to damage if any of the grommets in the spare wheel well are worn/damaged/lose/lost as dampness and water can get in.

Check the module for any signs or damage or wear, not sure how to test it though

I have removed checked - There are no modules in the spare tyre well (even under the bottom cover).

I have checked the resistance across the fuses (after the vehicle went into hibernation). Readings show that the functions linked to the 'On' State of the Stop/Start switch are active.

The quesion is whether the it is the Stop/Start itself ? How do I test this ?
