Hi all, just got my 530d 08 sportspack.
extreamly nice car.i just want to know what the power output is
the manual says 160kw and other sources say 175kw?
is the problems to look out for on this models

did a trip to bela bela and averaged a 6.4l/km
so its not bad considering my polo tdi does 4.8 l /km open road.

What's the right rear wheel tyre size with the 18's,
Currently it's 245/45/18 and looks abit thin.

If you have RFT's on 18's you might crack a rim, but that is my opinion from what was read on several forums. You might be lucky never to have this problem.

Tyre profile is wrong. Should be 245/40/18 and they were wrapped with RFT from factory even though the E60 came with a spare wheel.

Adding a wider tyre won't help the look since the walls will start to pull further into the wheel due to it being just 8J all round. That will look worse and the profile will go higher.
