E60 530d Puff of white smoke

2005 E60 530d. After standing a while (overnight), when I start the car it spits out white smoke. This is for less than 2 seconds and everything is allright, no more smoke.

Any idea what would cause this? The smoke smells really strong like diesel so it's not condensation or such.
