E46 Touring

Hi guys,

So I was thinking of getting another beemer, Something a bit more practical which is a perfect base for styling as well.

so I came across this

According to the owner, car has fsh, looks really neat. so he is interested in a swop provided I bring my car back to stock, (which I can) as I have the standard wheels etc.

He says the cars power steering makes a slight noise when cold, but disappears when its warm, and either the oxygen sensor has to be replaced, or have a decat done

Im fitting new front discs and brake pads this Saturday and fix up a few dents on the car Which were there when I bought the car)

My car is a 2001 A/T with 215XXX kms on the clock which does 10kms a day return.

He wants a 5K difference

Any thoughts?

What to look for when viewing this car

So after doing a few sums, I decided to keep my car as there is nothing really wrong with my car

The only faults I have on my car:

Brakes+discs (which im doing tomorrow)

Hoodlining coming apart

A few dents on the car (which were there when I purchased it)

I have a lot going on at the moment as I want to buy a house in the next few months so I decided to keep the car for a little while
