Hey guys.

So I have been tempted to fit xenons to the 330 for a while, so last week I ordered the kit vrom vsomai, must say the guy is a real help and stays awake late until I get everything done. Couldn't have done it without his assistance.

Here are the goodies.

So after starting to fit them to the lights I noticed that the shrouds wasn't fitting nicely, somai then nicely offered to do the modding on the shrouds for me, I also decided to go the quad xenon route after I realized the outer are still going to be yellow halogens, he stayed up after 2300 to mod the shrouds for me to send the next day.

While the headlights were apart, I decided to black out all the silver with some of the plastidip I bought from executer.

Here is a pic with old lights, when I reversed the car out to take a pic and remove headlights the radiators bleed screw popped out, replaced that the next day.

All that I need to still do is to code the car to xenons, will take some pics tonight of the headlights.

Still deciding if I should convert the fog lights to xenon as well.

Awesome! Why code? Sure they are error cancelling but i get the feeling theres another reason. Also vsomai kit is bi-xenon, ie the plate lets more light through when brights are engaged so no need for inner (high beam light).
So the Quad (Bi-Xenons) will be quite bright?

Yeah they are super bright, all 4 act as lowbeam and highbeam. Currently its showing that my headlights are fused, the outers have error cancelling on, but the inners have a harnass that taps into the rhs lowbeam source. So apparently I have to code it that those errors dont appear, plus the inners dont come on all the time, sometimes its both, sometimes one or the other.

well done buddy,

the thing is all to do with amps. the computer sees that the bulb is not drawing the same amount of current as normal so it thinks that it is fused and is warning you of it.

coding is required so that you can tell the computer not to worry you about such things as it is the new normal.

also, the loads are not balanced and the car is reacting to the imbalance by flashing the indicators and switching off the lights etc.

coding is required!!!

both of my cars have quad xenons and both cars had to be coded.

So everything is sorted and coded. Once again vsomai went ouy of his way helping me and really was a great guy to deal with, always available and super helpfull. These lights are beyond amazing, there is no need to even use the highs on the xenons, also the angel eyes looks superb, especially if you unlock the car and they come on at a low beam state. Just looks like you've unwoken a beast :p at the price I recommend this to everyone!!

Will take some more pics of it at night to show cut off
