it's very nice but in the add it states may not ship to SA. why?

yup seen that too not sure why. Think it would look good on my M3

Can't open eBay pages at school, but I took a look at some photos on Google and to me it looks kind of odd on the E46. Maybe the photos I'm seeing on Google are the ones making it look otherwise but I think it would work with the E46 325/330 ci Facelift (because of the shape of the headlights). But just my opinion.

I like the look of it. The finished look however largely depends on the fitment.

This is a prior design kit. It's an old kit, been around since 2010, so not really an m4 bumper, just a coincidence that it looks the same. It's a full body kit, there are side skirts and a rear bumper too in the kit.
