What are the common issues one should look out for before purchasing a E46 M3, car has 108,000kms on the clock. SMG Auto model.

howzit , most common issue, check the rear sub frame and boot floor , if that's fine then go check the motor, diff, check all mountings ,suspension , hear for any funny sounds , if the car drives and changes smoothly , go for it ,
