E46 m3 bearing spares needed ?

Hi guys so I would like to do preventive bearing maintenance in the near future .What spares and brands would be recommended
Car is a 2002 model ...went in at 88k or so for a call in at bmw and is doing 135k at the moment .

You should not need bearings if they were changed at 88000kms
