E46 Losing Power: Airflow Meter or Airflow Sensor or Both?

Hi Guys

My E46, 1999 318I is losing power in 1st and 2nd.
I have put it on the Computer and it showed, losing compression - Airflow Sensor.

When I disconnect the Air Flow Meter the car pulls 100%.

Now I am confused, what do i replace as both cost thousands of rands, any advise on cheaper alternatives.
