e46 ignition barrel stuck

can somebody refer me to a locksmith or mechanic who does call outs. my ignition barrel has seized in the of position, the key doesn't turn. ive tried Q20 with no luck. I just need someone who can come over to fix it please.
im in the eastrand.

Did you try your spare key?
I had a friend whos E46 had this issue , it seemed that his 1st key was worn out , He tried the second key and it worked .

Mine felt like it was stuck, but it was the way the steering wheel was locked which caused the problem, I had to be very gentle with the steering wheel and key to get it unstuck, forcefully rocking the steering wheel from side to side just made it worse, the BMW steering wheel lock will only unlock if you push the steering wheel in one direction, not the other, or that is at least what I am experiencing.

Also try to put graphite, or spray containing graphite into the lock, that also sometimes does the trick.

Try Safe-T Locksmith in Boksburg. They'l send a technician out to you. I used them earlier in the year and their service was quite good.
