E46 Help!

Hi Guys, I want to remove the catalytic convertors from my E46 325TI. I went to a few exhaust places some of them said you have to put branches on, Other ones said you can replace it with a straight pipe and another place told me you have to replace it with a mini cat, Any advice on whats the right way to do it, Price and where to do it? :argh:

where is the cat on your e46... there are a few different setups for this car...

if in the branch it is best to replace the branch... most e46 dont need a minicat...

I can supply a Viper Branch at R 1685
the other option is to get a scrap yard branch from an early e46 or e36 these have no cats...

The guy said there are 2 in the car and the one is sitting in the branch, I’m not sure how to check? I just want it done properly finding people in Vereeniging that know what they are doing and that you can trust is difficult when everyone gives you a different answer

was told that the manifold from an e36 328i manifold will not fit on an e46 325 due to the steering column which will be in the way. Any truth to this?

not sure about the E46-325, but it defenitley fits the E46-330...just ask YUBEN (we did a full system utilizing an E36-328 branches)

:bs: It will fit, it's the same as an e46 330i setup.
