Howzit man....I replyd to your email....

OEM xenon headlights look much more classy.....I would go with OEM and put on a set of angels...

Reason why everyone has the white ones is due to blue lights being illegal on non cop cars....I stand corrected.....

Fit the OEM xenons then see if you still want angel eyes, after I fitted my xenons I don't think I want angel eyes anymore, but thats just me.
I am also under the impression that blue lights are illegal on non police cars. But the white angel eyes will match the OEM xenons or most HID kits, unless you go for some crazy high colour temperature.

Your best bet would be to trawl some scrapyards, also PM gizmo he should also be able to keep an I out for you. Or you can do what I did, get lucky :)
Prices for the OEM xenons are pretty high nowadays, they will go for anything from around 3k and up (sometimes per light), so while you are looking it would be a good idea to also start saving up a bit.

Thanks the DIY is only intended if your xenon housings are damaged in such a way that they can no longer be fitted, otherwise it a simple swop of the headlight in most cases plus fitting the capacitors to cancel the bulbout errors and if you what to the wires for the power the bi-xenon flaps.

Another question: What is best recommended for the xenon conversion on your fog lamps? HID kit? H1/H4/H7 ? Which is the best one to pruchase?

Dont think ya really need a Xenon conversion on ya fogs dude , just get some xenon match bulbs and ya sorted. Fitted a set of H4 55w Xenon look bulbs for me fogs and they actually brighter than the standard fogs and been lasting for a while now. Dont have Xenons but they compliment the Phillips diamond vision bulbs and angel eyes quite nicely.

got a pic somewhere , will post when i find it so you can have an idea.

I will advice you contact Gizmo, he might help you with this one. He fitted xenons perfect on my car(2004 E46 318i) and they look beautiful.:hammerhead:
