I had three sets allready.
first set from Autostyle, and two from Boksburg market.
ones from the 'market where better quality.
they allways have in stock.
you can get for R750.

make sure to check the kit properly when you buy from Autostyle.
the set I got from them's rings where not all the same size.
they gave me three different sizes in one kit......
ones from market was perfect, all 4 rings same size...

Boksburg flea market isnt that far from me:) Think i will take a drive there on Sat. Thanks for the advice i will look out for that. Do those angel rings break or burn out that fast? and the one from the flea market is it made esp for the E46?

From what i know you remove your headlight cover(On an e46 it just unclips) and the rings just clip onto the light. Quiet simple i assume...

e46 and e36 use the same set. normally the rings come with a "clip" that connects to the reflector, however the e36 does not have the reflector the same way, so you end up removing the clip and using double sided tape, which worked best for me.

was 100x easier installing them in my e46 headlights

Bimmer330 ...

Do you have any pictures? Are they bright enough? 7000K?

Do you have the name of your set.

Thanks

Its working out cheaper to buy the angel eye rings on ebay with postage than most of these accessory stores. I just ordered a set. Worked out to R383. Autostyle is R495 and Max Motorsport is R595.

Anything amber should be banned from cars it looks rediculous and so does a fat number plate over the air intake of your nice E36 M3 bumper. cops always catch you with your back number plate anyway so I dont see why we need a front number plate but anyway.

ok venting over :p

My angel eyes came to frikken R700 from Autostyling :( just make sure your angel eyes that you ordered are not just the cathode tubes, make sure they have a plastic casing else they look kinda lame and will break very easily.

The ones I got came in a plain brown box, which are much brighter than the ones in the full-colour blue box. They do take time to install - make sure you use Pratleys glue, I would not trust double tape in the heat of summer. I've had to replace one of my transformers already, but that could have been caused by the hosepipe. All 4 are the same size and have the plastic casing. Silicone your transformers into the underside of the black rail above the lites. But dont drive around with them on in the daytime - you can see f..all!

The American did a crazy connection, using a remote switch - just connect them to your park bulb wires (& use the bulb hole to run your wires thru - that's the hardest part.
