There was a 330d touring on the gum a few months ago. One of the forum users had a bad experience with that though....

Had to bump this as I spotted the car again yesterday. Sorry for bad pics. Took them as I was passing the car.

Could be some one from the UK that brought it back went he returned to SA. My son brought his Golf 5 1.6FSi back and had a huge effort getting it registered here.

So this car actually belongs to someone in our extended family - imported it from overseas. Some months back he had problems with the vacuum pump for the brakes and BMW said that they would need to import the new part which would take a few weeks - he was not willing to wait that long, so was able to get an engineering firm to make the part that had broke. But now I was talking to my father in law who knew about this issue and when he told me what it was I said it cannot be a 330d - we then spoke to the owner and it turned out to be of course.

Apart from the ugly TSW's, very nice car, but automatic... Took these pics of it over the festive season:

It's an awesome car! I am not generally a Touring fan, but a manual 330d Touring would be an awesome thing to have!!!! :inlove:

I had two in total....

One before face lift (184 horse power):

And one after Face lift (204 horse power):

@Philip: The automatic (6 gear) is much better than the manual gear box and fits perfect to the 3 liter engine...

This is the better one I think....E91 335d touring...

tuned a bit....more than 300 km/h...not bad for a family car.........

I know that the automatic is better suited for that motor, but still always prefer a manual gearbox.

The overseas guys are having problems with their 335d's - all sorts of issues! But those things make amazing power!!
