I happen to have in my possession. all the needed goodies to do the conversion besides the actual bumpers.. the under cover the fender liner extension all the clips all the bolts nuts etc
the brake ducts.. everything...

its about 12k worth of parts if memory serves. i have all the bmw invoices here somewhere..

id probably let the stuff go like 10k or so... like dealer price less 10-20% or so
otherwise i'll just hang onto it and finish off my 530d.
its got koni sport shocks h&r sport springs and other suspension goodies, style 65 m5 wheels.
now it just needs to look the part. problem is.. im liking the sleeper look sorta
its also got m5 mirrors.

shoh. i dont really have the time. put it this way i thoroughly reasearched EVERYTHING to do the conversion, spent many many hours on realoem etc. its EVERYTHING you need down to the smallest clip and/or screw. all that is missing is the actual bumpers. as i wanted to do a oem conversion as if bmw themselves did it.

Just double check, different motors will need different bottom covers I think
