E39 printed cupholders

Given how remarkably bad the e39 cupholders are, I was wondering if anyone has found anywhere that you can get 3d printed replacements from?

I've found ones online for left hand drive cars, but that doesn't help us that drive on the proper side of the road.

I would just get a replacement set and treat it more gently. Mine never gave issues.

Yip, really an eye sore - they actually create a bigger problem than way. Interesting idea, thoug A better solution might be to recreate the factory design in metal.

My own solution is to just never use the damn things. I have not had any issues with them breaking. In the spirit of sharing, I am donating this brilliant idea to fellow E39 owners.

They are nearly useless anyway. :thumbdo:

They're okay as long as you don't try shove something in there that doesn't fit like a mcds XL coke, and as long as you're patient with placing and removing items from them, they will last. I used mine plenty when I had the 5er and never had a problem.

Yup. They flimsier than a cheap Thai hookers panties.

Rather not use them.
