Hi,
I have ann E39 530i auto with 188 000kms. When I got home I realized that the breader screw for the cooling system was blown. (No the car did not overheat) I replaced it and then realized the radiator seems to leak and then replaced the radiator. Now 2 more water pipes are leaking which leads me to believe something more serious is wrong like the head gasket is possibly blown.
I need advice on a reputable affordable BMW repair shop that will be competent to do the job. BMW did the same repair on my friends 530i and he is now on the 3rd head and 2nd engine 20 000km after the initial repair.
I also had bad luck with my 2 latest experiences with BMW. Fan cover was not properly fitted and my car was stripped ie seats and everything removed when I arrived for a standard service collection.
So can anyone please point me to a repair shop that will do a good job of fixing and analyzing my car's problem.
