e36 parts help

And soo it begins..... slowly, i just all the stuff i need to redo my suspension ( the norm, control arms, tie rods....etc) and now i also needa buy o2 sensor and MAF sensor. How much is that gna set me back and can i get it cheaper any where?
and also can u use universal o2 sensors? 318is
