e36 maf price ??

looking for the price of an maf for my 318is. Foned diesel electric and they said R2600 + vat!
Is that the normal price?

an follow up question... the bosch maf is R2600 , but spoke to a guy and said there are other makes for abt R750... is it advisable to put a pirate part ?

Sho !!! that is quite pricey....

Do NOT buy the pirate!! They break within the first few months and you need your car cleared of error codes.

R2600 is cheap!!
