Strange thing happened today to me car, came home parked the car and switched the car off, and there was no electrical power at all, no lights nothing all. Took out battery terminal waited a while and reconnected and all was good.

Anyone has any idea what will cause a total power loss.

I left battery cover off and wheel nut spanner caused total electrical failure due to touching both battery terminals .Start and switch off car a few times and feel if a battery cable is warm , check that terminal .

The terminals were tight, thought I had enough of blue screens on my laptop, now on the car as well.
