E36 M3 confuses me

hi all
im alil confused here
according to my knowledge there was a 2 door M3 from 92 which was a 3 liter pushing out 210kw n was till 98. then in 95 the 4 door came out with a 3.2 liter pushing out 245kw correct.
so my question is, what was the convertble then? a 3 liter or 3.2. and then the 'g spec'......lol wich is that one compared to the SA spec n 'euro spec'......and the gears? were they 5 speeed or 6?

please fill me in thanx

here there was te sa spec and the g spec identical cars except for the seats in the g spec which was different all were 210kw
there are a few 3.0l convertibles brought in from overseas

4 door m3 was from 1997-1999 this was the 3.2 litre double vanos model all of these were 6 speeds and 228kw

German spec has "Vader seats". You can google for a pic.

S.A spec has bmw sport seats.

From the outside yes, thats what it looks like. The sport seats are lighter and more comfortable.

Vader seats look much cooler.

The lightweight M3's has sport seats. All other around the world had vaders. Except for the lux models.

Biggest diff is that there is much, much more street cred with the Vaders :blab:
