Okay so not being sure which one I drive il make it a general question.
My car is either a 316i or a 318i.
Ever so often inwoudnstart the car and it would not idle right, what I mean is the needle doesn't even lift and when stepping ever so slightly on the gas it will just sound like it is being smothered. Then it takes about a minute and it start to idle normally. Since I got the car this has happened about 4 times.
Then another thing, while driving, it will also kind do this but I think due to the revs being higher it gets over it quick.
The best way to explain it while driving is it feels like it doesn't get fuel thru. Like there is a block in the fuel line, but it gives a stuter or two then goes on normally.
Is there anything I can do to see what is wrong?
