Lol at "decent condition" but yeah, there you go. Pricey but its what you would expect given the rarity. Sell your E34 seats to Anton and get the E30 recaros refurbished in all new nappa leather, haggle the price down as much as you can as top quality seat refurbishment is really expensive, possible reason for the guy re-selling them on.
