Here is basic procedure:
1) Remove door panel from inside by first removing wood trim panels. You have to pry them off carefully to not crack wooden panel or clips holding it. Under each panel there is a bolt you need to unscrew. Remove doorknob and side mirror adjustment switch. Once this done you need to pry all push pins and central mount that hold door panel. Start at the bottom corner by wedging screw driver between panel and metal to pry off push pin then move all around all sides and finally pull & lifting door panel from central mount. Disconnect interior door handle cable and all electrical cables. It takes some time to do it first time. If this is your first time doing this task will take more than an hour and will require few replacement pushpins that you can get at dealers.

2) Once door panel is off you will want to remove outside door handle covering. This is done by pushing slider “bar†towards the front of the door. Under door handle cover there is a screw and a ring around lock barrel cylinder holding door handle assembly in place. I had to manufacture special tool out of pipe to remove that ring but if your car is from warmer climate you might be able to remove it by other means. You could also purchase special tool for that – I believe it called antenna removal tool. Once you removed these door handle assembly should become loose. At this point you could disconnect it from door lock mechanism and all electronics and remove it. If this is your first time it will take 45 minutes to do it and an hour or so to it.
3) To remove door handle assembly you will want to remove side window sliding bar that is held by single bolt under rubber trim. It is possible to do it without removing window bar but I found this step saves a lot of time and effort. Once bar is out it is very simple to remove whole assembly.

4) Remove protecting covering and servo. Remember to mark spot servo bolts went in, if you move it too much from original spot you might encounter problem with central locking system. Proceed to remove micro switch.
5) Once micro switch cover is off you can access pin holding barrel lock - remove it and carefully push lock out making sure your key is in. If you do not have a key you need to remove three parts on a barrel and push wafers from inside to remove it but once you done it this way there will be no way to put it back in since more than likely you will loose few wafers.

6) Reassemble in reverse order with new parts.
Some notes:
After trying to connect door handle assembly and door lock mechanism for over ten minutes I gave up and removed door lock and then connected it to assembly. Three bolts hold door lock – one of them is under rubber trim.
Lock barrel and its mechanism has a lot of springs, avoid removing it unless you absolutely have to.
