E30 m3 replica project, johnny, sa?

Anyone know what happened to that project or who bought it etc?

Unfinished project, E30 M3 body kit, XYZ full racing suspension, TNT roll cage, Polly bushes done to the rear suspension, CSL boot lid. All invoices available from the start of the project, no engine and no gearbox. Asking R60 000 neg. contact Johnny

All these replicas never look right to me , that back end especially by the windscreen and the boot lid always looks unfinished when somone leaves the normal E30 back windscreen and boot lid fitted. It probably works well on a track ? But it looks so unfinished to me .

I have seen one where someone tried to do the back end but it looked horrible .

To do the rear would take some serious metalworking skills, but it's not impossible. I would not trust that amount of work without full documentation of the process, it is just too easy to hide horrible work.
