e30 325i gearbox auto >manual conversion

hi Gents

am about to buy a box for 45000. its gearbox was converted into manual. the car looks gud and the engine is clean. the guy tells me its a gud buy cause the car was never spinned but i want to know what are the problems that i may have with a box 325i that converted into manual.

There can only be 2 problems:

If they were cheap, they had to lengthen the auto propshaft to fit the manual, and I can guarantee it will vibrate simply because i have found the exact number of 0 people in SA that can properly build/balance propshafts.

secondly - the chances of a 325 auto having cruise control is almost 100%, so with a manual retrofit, most people never bother to wire in a clutch switch. That means that the car will rev into the limiter when you depress the clutch if you had the cruise control engaged.
