E28 running rich injectors refurbish

Guys please help I have an E28 which runs rich and my suspicion is that my injectors (clogged) might need to be refurbished. My two questions are (1) how effective is this ultrasonic injector cleaning ? and (2) can I remove the inlet manifold to get to the injectors without having to remove the whole cylinder head ? Sorry for my 2nd question cause I have not done this stuff before and I would really like to do it myself to reduce the cost of labour.

Price those injectors on e-bay, you will be amazed what you see.

You can indeed just remove injectors, dont know the motor well, but assume its common rail, so then its easy.
