E12 Fuel system help

Hi everyone
I have a e12 518i that was sitting for a while and needs a new fuel pump and a flush etc.
I am struggling to find a fuel pump that works for the L-jetronic system, but have also seen other people online post and say you can rather use mapping and then an adjustable fuel pump. Would anyone be able to help me? Either with a suggestion as to where to buy the parts at a reasonable cost, or explain how the mapping set up would work
Or to recommend a mechanic who knows these cars

Bosch make an internal pump that you can make fit as well as an external pump that will give you the required flow and pressure

Thanks Peter, I couldn't find this online when looking. Is there a store in cape town that would stock these?
