im not sure glass is the best idea for a childrens home... maybe get some plastic ones...

ok gents just got back from the ocean veiw home and i was shocked to see how little they have. There is about 30 kids there for this semester from the ages of 6 to 12.

the things they need most for the insitution is coffee muggs, glassware and clothes. they are actually drinking from polystyrene cups which is very sad.

he said they are very hesitant to take money because somebody could mishandle it.

so the best option would be for some of the guys come with some old clothes or buy a set of muggz or glass tumblers or plates. then also lets just provide them with a meal as well hot dogs and cool drink will be fine.

so gents what we need to do here is please put what you are going to bring next to your name so there is no confusion on who is bring what but if you can give a bit extra dont be shy.

Ok just so that everyone is clear are we going to provide them a meal as well as going to Umdloti for a braai? I'm a bit confused here.

i was gonna get maybe two or three of those plastic kids sets, plates cups saucers etc. im sure the more they get the better..

heven we are still going to have the braai but before we leave the home i think we shooild also provide them with a small meal. thats why i said just hot dogs and cool drink then we can head to umdloti for the big boys braai lol

Meet at Engen oppersite Pavilion.

We going to drive in a convoy to Ocean View Orphanage in the Bluff. At the home we providing hot dogs and coldrinks for the kids as well as some members have clothes and toys to donate. Thereafter we driving in a convoy to Umdloti for our braai and "cold drinks". I think for the braai its going to be R100 per person but if our numbers are up I'm sure we can reduce the amount. We will buy the meat and stuff after the home visit. Partners and your family are welcome. Did I forget anything?

Guys please dont take this the wrong way but... if you cant make it to sponser anything its fine as long as you attend and show those kids some love thats more then enough. Your presence there will mean alot to those kids
