At a glance, i would recommend a few changes.

* Upgrade 256MB SSD to 512mb (with less drives)
* Change the SSD brand with better specs (Intel 520 or Kingston Hyper X)
* Remove Windows 7 and 8 Upgrade and just get Windows 8 (works out cheaper)
* Office - If you not going to use Access just get Office 2013 Home/Business
* R11 888 for 64GB memory (cough)
