Hi guys
So I got my car back this morning. Got the new turbo, had a detail done, and the DPF and decat removal done by Brandon at Pro Fit in Cape town.
Johan (Solo Man) was so nice to take me to fetch my car, we drove with that "wolf in sheeps clothes" 330d monster of him. That 330d is a totally different caliber car that I'm used to, the 2 or 3 times he just give it a little gas to overtake, you can feel the awesome 6cyl tractor power.
Drove it back from CT, about 160km, it sounds a bit different, the throttle response a bit better, and looks like the fuel comsumption is better (don't know if I'm imagining myself)
According to Brandon, no mapping is neccesary? Did a bit of research on "Google", and its seems some experts say you MUST do remapping to tell the car that there are not a DPF anymore.
But I feel nothing wrong with the car without mapping, actually like the sound of the turbo spooling that I didn't hear before.
Anyone perhaps know more or less how many kw's and nm's I gained with just the downpipe and dpf and cat removal, my car is 130kw and 350nm standard. Just curious?
Remapping or software will actually help with more performance, but that will only happen in a few months, must first recover financially for now lol

The guy from Potent Detailing really did a nice job, my car's paint is as smooth as a baby's bum.
The guy from Potent Detailing went out of his way for me. I can really recommend him to anybody, really did a great job.
Pity with a white car you can't really see the shiny results on a photo
