Donford BMW Dealer ranked second best CSI, 2009/2010

As some of you may know but i have been a huge supporter of the BMW Donford dealership in Stellenbosch. See my previous comments and review below. Anyway, the Donford dealership was rated second, nationally in the customer and services index for best customer service and sales in 2009/2010. :clap:

I am so glad that my experience of this dealer was correct. It is not just one person it is the entire team there from the workshop manager/ the very knowledgable technicians and of course the front line staff and the sales staff. :thumbsup::thumbsup: They have my vote:

People do tend to realize over time where the best place for service is. This fact was apparent in a couple of people I spoke to that made appointments at either Donford or Paarlberg and had to wait 3 weeks for an opening cause they are so fully booked. (Something like an expensive restaurant... ) On the other hand, I have made bookings at SMG and Auto Helderberg (NOW HELDERVIEW! in SSWest) with as little as 1 and 2 days' notice.

Now read this any way you want, but it does look like the fuller booked ones are drawing the (positive) attention of the public. :thumbsup:

Hellas, i forgot to add that location is everything in a business...Donford is perfectly located outside the bustle of Stellenbosch, and not too far from Somerset West and of course immediately off the R44 from either way. Another BMW dealership is opening in Somerset West but the planned location is not very strategic and i am not sure how that dealership is going to fair in the long run.
