Difference between Normal E46 M3 and CSL cams??

I would like to know what is the difference between the E46 M3 and the CSL M3's camshaft specs, and if I fit CSL cams to my M3, how much gain can I expect?

AFAIK the CSL items are hollow, but identical in every other way. Expect no gains

If you want gains, get a set of Shrick Cams...

20hp gain on the wheels in some cases....

Xcede has had success in this department before.

Here is a PDF of Shrick Cams for BMW Engines. Was looking at putting these in my motor but discovered they do not work well with Superchargers as they keep the valves open too long for a Forced Induced Engine, but for an NA engine, they do wonders.
