Desperate for Charge Pipe

:blueCry: Hi guys. So I went and had a stainless steel downpipe done and got my sweetheart a JB4. Still trying to figure it out but that's the least of my problems.
I was on a speedy cruise when my charge pipe decided to break. I bought an aftermarket one and after struggling for more than an hour to make it fit it just jumped off when I started driving. Tried it again but jumped off again. I am afraid of forcing it back in again as I do not want something else to break. Anyone know where I can buy a charge pipe that won't kill my wallet as this one is defnitely not working or fitting? I drive a E90 N55 335i. I am very desperate.

What car , model, engine?

Brand of charge pipe?

Which side is jumping out, the hose/end that clamps onto the up-pipe from the intercooler or the end that goes into the manifold?

It's my BMW E90, 335i, N55. 2011 model.

I think it's a BMS brand charge pipe. The part that goes into the throttle body keeps on jumping out. I have no clue as what to do next.

Please check that you put the o-ring from the original charge pipe into the new charge pipe. That probably the reason it's coming out.

Also make sure you put the U- clamp back on

I did put the ring and clamp back on. I think the reason it keeps on jumping off is because it just won't fit properly. I literally have to force it in and it pushes against the aircon pipe.

The guy I bought it from says he cannot understand why it won't fit and offered to give me a refund. And unfortunately I cant get my car to him now.

I also struggled to fit an aftermarket charge pipe to an N54 335i.

What worked for me was to remove the throttle body, attach the charge pipe to it, securely, and then fit it back to the car altogether. It just wasn't possible to do it with the throttle body attached to the car.
