Those are nice Mercs..

They were the high point of Merc engineering for me. After the near perfect W126 they came up with the plus sized abomination that was the W140. Ugh.... :RedNo:

The world has not been the same since. S-classes after this looked better but quality took a bit of a dive and they have a reputation of being money pits.

Would be interesting to see how long it will take until an E39 M5 becomes a proper classic.
