To provide technical coordination
across EUT Transformation
Projects and supports the scoping and initiation of new projects,
while ensuring the appropriate governance throughout the
project lifecycle.
Transformation Projects
Work alongside the Lead Delivery Manager in managing the
interdependencies and delivery of the EUT Transformation
Projects.

Work in conjunction with EUT Delivery & Transformation to set
out the scope of new projects, developing business cases and
managing the project through to initiation and handover to
Project Manager.

Support Project Manager to ensure that the projects are
individually defined, planned and delivered to respective goals
and objectives.

Ensure the integrity of each project is maintained, focussing on
internal consistency and compliance to standards, processes
and strategies.

Identify and manage technical interdependencies
between transformation projects. Provide continuity of support on
transformation projects.

Service Level Agreements
Accountable for managing service delivery for one or more
technology streams

Provides a focus for SLA management and customer
satisfaction across the relevant customer base. Ensure the
information systems and the review structure for SLAs and client
satisfaction are in place and effectively used

Continuous and demonstrable improvement of productivity
resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value. Be able to
evidence these savings across relevant customer base

Ensures and monitors that processes are in place to proactively
protect consistent service quality through rigorous
management of change control and acceptance into service
procedures.

Ensures resources, capabilities and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand
Problem Management Support
Provides problem management support to difficult, high profile customer issues and ensures root cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed through with any learning applied for future benefit

Ensures robust tools and where relevant technological platforms are in place to support customer environment and best service solution

Team Development
Motivates, develops and mentors other service delivery employees and managers where relevant
Maximizes same account growth opportunities
Champions team working, reuse, knowledge sharing and promotes the increased use of Shared Services capability
In conjunction with the service development managers, sales and service delivery management teams stimulates & defines requirements for new services in line with service line strategy.

Ensures such offerings are professionally introduced, accepted and deliverable
.
Completed matric ? Grade 12. Degree ? Diploma in Information Technology or similar.

Experience in a Project Management capacity, including solid experience in it delivery Project Management IT Compliance and Governance Proven experience of working in a structured
Project? Programme environment and an understanding of Technology and business strategies
Proven experience in a managerial capacity or specialist it field.

Experience gained from outside the Group can be very valuable particularly large organizations and/or suppliers.
Must have professional competency in a business specialism, i.e. project management.
Will have experience of team leading skills and be able to demonstrate an effective coaching style.
Seen as leading expert fountain of knowledge by colleagues in a similar role of business specialism.
Knowledge of internal processes e.g. recruitment, IT sourcing etc.
