Decat in PTA East

Anyone know of or can recommend a place in PTA EAst area that can do a good decat and not rob the bank in doing so?

Also, is it just the boxes under the gear shift area of the car or is it also the manifold side? Been to a couple of places in Menlyn and they range from R250 a pipe to R650 for both, then also being told to insert two small boxes? Is this correct or can it just be replaced with straight pipe? How does this effect the noise levels?
Anyone with some advice?
