Dealership problems

Hi

I wanted to get some advise on a recent vehicle I've purchased.

It's a 335i E93 LCI, its in really good condition except for a paint crack on the right of the rear bumper. I live in Durban and I purchased the car in pretoria. So the dealer said I can repair it and they will pay for repairs to the bumper in full. The repairs is also stated in the purchase contract, and so i went through with the deal.

So a week later I've sent through a quote from a BMW approved repair center, which totals R6k. Now the dealer refuses to pay for repairs from a BMW approved center and says I should get it done at a cheaper bodyshop, for no more than R3K.
My question is, would this not affect the value and warranty of my vehicle?(still under motorplan)
Also, with the repairs being stated in the contract, what recourse do i have?
