shame man, the LCAB's shouldnt cost too much at a suspension shop. The smoking is caused by oil burning, solve this problem by draining all the oil, no oil = no smoke arent you lucky im here to save you money

R1300 at the supaquick. I had to show the spannerboy how to open the bellyplates though, since the big mechie that did the actual changing of the bushes were busy elsewhere. All ended well though. R500 each for the bushes, R300 labour.

Supa Quick Bellvile quotes me 2200 for LCAB's. Hi Q durbanville quotes 1450 per side, but they replace the actual control arm as well. Supa Quick Durbanville does not do LCAB's.

It's not neccesary to change the actual arm too, unless you can see some real wear (or went over a pavement sideways...)
